The seven-day exchange study tour of Seoul University has come to an end. During the short seven-day exchange study, I have a three-dimensional deep understanding of the Korean social problems and the current situation of the aging society that have only appeared in the dissertation. This exchange and learning project enabled me to achieve the expected goals of participating in the project by visiting comprehensive nursing homes and comprehensive welfare centers, academic lectures and academic reports by famous artists, and discussions with teachers and students of Seoul University. Specifically, based on the activities that have been carried out, the gains of this exchange project are specifically the following three aspects:

First of all, through field research, I have a preliminary understanding of the practice of the old-age security and social welfare institutions in South Korea. This project has expanded my academic perspective on the aging society and pension issues, increased my understanding of the social security policies of South Korea, and provided first-hand information for my future comparative study on social security policies of China and South Korea. Secondly, I listened to the academic reports and lectures of famous scholars in this study project. Listening to the lectures of two famous scholars provided me with a new perspective and research ideas for the study of social problems, and also provided me with an understanding and reflection on the global impact of social problems. Finally, during the week-long visit to Seoul university, I deeply felt the rigorous academic atmosphere and positive attitude of Seoul university through the exchange with foreign students, the visit to the library, the early morning visit to the study room and other activities.

In a word, I made full use of this opportunity to visit the university of Seoul. I not only broadened my academic horizon by learning practical experience of Korean social welfare institutions, but also improved my academic attitude by experiencing the historical deposits and cultural accumulation of the five universities, laying a solid foundation for future academic research.
